THE THANG:
Indian Run to the lower park to continue warmups
11s on the Hill. Peter Parker Merkins at the top, Squat Jumps at the bottom.

Almost done with warmups, but headed back to the flag.
Mosey back to flag for a Quarter Pounder (out 25 yards, exercise, back to start, out 50 yards, 50 reps, etc.), but with 10-count IC American Hammers every time you get back to the flag: – 25 dive bombers
– 50 squats
– 75 mountain climbers
– 100 SSH

PAX was almost warmed up, but first it was time for:

P1 and whoever is halfway down the line does a 25 yard suicide, pushes all pax down one station on return.
Given that we only had six, we did this in rounds of 5 minutes then a minute break. P2 is squat bear shoulder taps
