Audits Excellent Adventure brought to you by Bill and Ted!! For those who remember the movie Bill and Ted had an Excellent attitude. Whether things were difficult or easy they responded with Excellent and an air guitar. Q reminded the pax today that it’s not a bad mentality to attack life with and especially for today with whatever comes next.

THE THANG:
Partners for 10-2-10s on the children’s climbing rope structure. Exercises: Thrusters / merkins / dips
Merkins and dips were done using the rope structure so you had to enlist your core to keep you from bouncing too much. The added challenge was a good source of mumblechatter while we worked.

Next we were reminded how Bill and Ted often had to hurry to their next adventure. Sprint roughly 75 yards and back and then gather Cindy and get back to the flag.

Choose your own adventure.
Very simple rules. 15 reps of a given exercise and then choose to either run approx 25 yards or choose a card for a different MOT. If you choose run then 5 burpees at turn around point. If you choose a card then no burpees but the MOT is challenging enough. We did this twice with each session being 8 minutes long.

Exercise 1: Derkins
Exercise 2: Thrusters all the way to the ground.

Alternate modes of travel: Bear crawls, broad jump burpees, Lt Dans, lunge walk, frog jump, duck walk, murder bunny, silverbacks

Most who chose a card elected to never do again. Those who chose multiple cards mostly were under 25…….life lessons kids :joy:
