THE THANG:
My goal was a relay race that everyone could win in their mind. Audit asked for a medal, but all I brought was a BD :wink:! PAX partnered up. One side did various running drills to cones while the other did resistance exercises with Cindy. Switch after timer went off. Originally started with 3 minutes each exercise but changed to 2 minutes back by my muscles demand :joy:.

ROUND 1:
Running PAX: SSH, buttkickers, high knees
Resisted PAX: OH press, skull crushers, BO row with both hands holding Cindy.

ROUND 2:
Running PAX: Skier Jacks, Broad Jump, Karokes
Resisted PAX: Curls 4 the Girls, Bench Press, Squat w Cindy
