Today is going to feature short jogs, lots of partner work, and some different martial art influences.
Today will really highlight the F3 values of not leaving the 6 behind, working together, and pushing each other.
Reminded PAX about repeating exercise names and counting in cadence.

Barry Switzer (Talk) about warmups, and why it’s active. Static stretching while cold does zero good and perhaps harm. Stretches cannot warm you up because the muscle isn’t doing any work

THE THANG
Moseyed to the other baseball field and did a quick partner warmup. P1s from each team do wall sit against each other’s backs, while P2s Bear Crawl (/scuttle/sprint) out about 15 yards, then Crawl Bear back to relieve the P1s. Some mublechatter about burning, but YHC must have misheard because it was still early.

2×10 (4CT IC) Merkins (military style), 3CT American Hammers, 4ct squats

2×10 4CT IC Dive bombers, 3CT Heel touches, alternating front/back lunges

(Had to skip this third round in order to make sure there was enough time for Dora)
2×10 OMD Capoeira pushups, 3CT IC LBCs, squat kicks

100 merkins, 200 big boy situps, 300 squats
Any team done early jumps in to another team and helps them finish (their reps count for the team’s reps – this way, the stronger teams who can do more keep working, but everyone still ends up smoked, having put in max effort for the time).

Mary was recovery since we only had 3 mins left to name the FNGs. Named Donn, Q’s 1.0 (Squash), and Manny (Croak), who was EH’d by Audit. Way to go Audit for adding to the Pax, and Squash and Croak for showing up!
