Warm-Up:
SSH, good mornings, Squat shoulder press IC, time under tension (TUT) boulders, Samson, kimchi, and ceiling, then over to the grass for a round of Absolution.
The Thang:
On the low wall, Spiderman erkins with lunge walks between the walls, rinse & repeat
Derkins on the railings, 8 on flat and then each rung, for 4 total sets, half the pax doing derkins, half the pax doing another exercise, then flapjack. Non-derkining pax do sumo squats, American Hammers, monkey humpers, and Freddie Mercury
Walls of Jericho: mosey around a structure 7 times. Before each round, do 7 reps of an exercise. Did burpees, squat kicks (emphasis on thrusting the hips forward), Capoeira pushups, crab toe touches, merkins, goofy ladders, and tuck jump burpees (had promised the Pax that we’d get the burpees out of the way in the first round, but there was surprisingly no mumble chatter about ending with them.
Poker: 2 hands of 5 card draw. PAX does the exercises of the winning hand. First hand was 100m lunge walks, backward lunge, mountain climbers, monkey humpers and something else YHC forgot. 2nd round was luge, something, something else, and finally 100 low slow flutter, counting around the circle. First 3 pax counted in cadence, so final tally was over 160
