WARMUP:
High knees, butt kickers, hip openers, toy soldiers, arm circles, flapjack, seal claps, oh claps, okinawan drums, and some good mornings.

THE THANG:
Pax rolls the glowy red dice to determine which move, then the glowy white dice to determine the rep count (dice x 5). Alternating upper body, lower body, and core.

1. Upper Body Die (1. Merkin family, 2. Curls w/ Block, 3. Overhead Press, 4. Dips, 5. Block Swings, 6. Rows)
2. Lower Body Die (1. Squats, 2. Lunges, 3. Step-Ups on pony wall, 4. Deadlifts w/ block, 5. Bonnie Blairs, 6. Calf Raises)
3. Core Die (1. Big Boys, 2. Flutter Kicks, 3. Leg Raises, 4. Plank Jacks, 5. LBCs, 6. American Hammers w/ Block)

Final round was chose your own adventure where pax got to select a move of their choice, but the dice determined the rep count.

YHC started with a new move called “Curls to imPress your Crush” which is a curl, to oh press, to skull crusher. The 25 rep count on this one got some grumbling. Wheelie chose copperhead squats
Squash couldn’t resist box cutters
Dovetail went with staggered block over merkins
CareBear decided we needed more primate squats in our lives
and Blueline finished us off with some nice superman\bananas

COT: Thankful for guys that are willing to keep coming, even with me leading us on dumb, crazy , and sometimes hard workouts. Pax is looking a little lean. Find a cotter or a sad clown and invite them.
