THA THANG

RUCK RELAY – Krampus regarded us a tale of woe involving bringing children back to his lair under the power of his minions. This was a reenactment.

PAX split up into 2 groups. (Due to a school yard pick where Blueline and @Sticks were team Captains.) Oh, just like we feared in Middle School, someone was going to be picked last. Yes when two kids are in charge of picking teams, you really know where you stand in their eyes. I won’t tell you who was picked last.

It was Wheelie!!! NO RESPECT!

Pile all of the Rucks on the close side of the fields.

Even distribution of Pax along the field is a must.

1st PAX bear crawls or low crawls a ruck to PAX 2. PAX 1 runs back to the pile and repeats until all Rucks have been passed to PAX 2. When PAX 2 gets a ruck, he bearcrawls it to PAX 3, then runs back. AND SO ON AND SO FORTH! Until all Rucks make it to the other side of the field. That team wins.

MARY

PAX didn’t Work Fast Enough so NO TIME FOR MARY…..( Next week Mary, Next week.)

COT, Boyband, Name-O-Rama were all completed. CareBear prayed us out.

A little about Teamwork and How you all push me to be better.

When Belgian horses work together, their combined pulling power becomes greater than the sum of their individual strengths, a phenomenon known as synergy. A single Belgian horse can pull around 8,000 pounds, but a pair of strangers yoked together can pull about 24,000 pounds. When two horses are raised and trained together, their trust and synchronization allow them to pull up to 32,000 pounds, and the world record for a pair is 52,000 pounds. Teamwork and pulling capacity
– Single horse: A single Belgian can pull approximately 8,000 pounds.
– Two strangers: When two horses that have not been raised or trained together are yoked, they can pull about 24,000 pounds, which is three times what a single horse can do.
– Two trained together: When horses are raised, trained, and live together, they develop a strong synergy and can pull up to 32,000 pounds.
– World record: The world record for two Belgian horses pulling together is 52,000 pounds, achieved by a pair that grew up together.

Shout out to Sticks and Blueline who rucked from 0430 to 0530. Big Shout out to Wheelie for showing up to ruck at 0500 and keeping a great pace! I think Capsized, Audit, Dovetail were there to ruck, but it was hard to see them from up front!
