THE THANG:
What happens when you go to Costco?? You buy things you don’t need! To honor that today we all carried our coupons everywhere we went as the extra baggage that we did not need.
Snake walk. Back man drops for 5 Cindy merkins and then snakes his way to the front. Keep marching until everyone made it through. We made an entire lap around Eagles Nest!
Next we got our bulk reps in as that is how you shop at Costco, in bulk!
Sets of 20/15/10/5 (150 in total) of the following exercises: Navy seal merkins / mt climbers / flutter kicks
Then we split up around the bases since you have to split up at Costco to get everything you need. First base: duck walk squats
Second: Peter Parker merkins
Third: Bonnie Blair’s
Home: Apollo Ohno burpees
Home plate was the push with 10 burpees and each base was AMRAP until time to move. We got lost in Costco so we had to go 2 rounds to make sure we got everything!
