WARMUP: Dovetail led warmups for us this morning. Overhead claps, squats, merkins, groiners, Good mornings, hillbillies, imperial walkers, punches X 2
THE THANG: Audit led the thang where we did 15 minutes AMRAP of 3 different exercises and every 4 minutes we ran to 50 yard line and back.
Exercises: 5 Spartan burpees, 4 merkins with groiners, 3 Lt Dans. Push yourself as you rinse and repeat for 4 minutes and then run and get right back to it.

Football game led by CareBear. We split in team respect (+25 years) and team younglings (>25 years) and had even teams. Despite the trash talk that ensued immediately from the younglings they got smoked. Team respect proved once again that wisdom and patience overcome youthful ability! 14-0, yes it was a shut out!
