Per Qs truck it was 39 degrees at start time but it felt warmer.

We started at the AO with some cindy work for those participating in the monthly challenge and then worked our way over to Rolling Water Dr for some good ol fashion hill work.

WarmUp: SSH / Goofballs / Imperial Walkers / Copperhead merkins

The Thang:
Pax circled up with cindy and took turns leading exercises around the circle. We did curls for the girls, cindy squats, and SSH at a 20 rep clip until we reached 100 reps of each exercise. Flash joined us for the final 30 reps, more on this later…..

We next moseyed to the stop sign and chose to forego the motivator merkins and instead do 15 penalty burpees for the 15 minutes Flash was late this morning.

We then made our way to the hill where we did group suicide runs up the hill. P1 ran up and back twice while the remaining Pax went AMRAP on a given exercise. We managed two sets before opting to stop. First set were shoulder taps and second were big boy situps.

Lucky for us we had enough time left as we headed back to the AO so we stopped at the sign to get our motivator merkins in. 3 different merkins and we went 5-1 with them. Mike Tysons / regular / Ranger. Again the pax took a turn leading these reps.

After we moseyed back to the AO we had time left for Mary and performed Imperial Walkers, Hillbillies, and Hip Bridges.

It was a great way to start day 338 of this fine year, thanks for the push gents!
