A morning to celebrate the ornamented coniferous evergreens set up in homes for December.

WARMUP:
SSH / Squat jacks / plank jacks / copperhead merkins / goofballs / arm cycle (circles forward/backward/seal claps/OH claps)

THE THANG:
Christmas tree BD with 5 levels and a base. We started with the base then went up each level and then back down.

Bottom level was 5 exercises at 10 reps each. Each level up you drop 1 exercise but add 10 reps to the remaining exercises.

Level 5 (10 reps): Thrusters / Lunges / Hand release merkins / rows / LBC Level 4 (20 reps): Thrusters / lunges / rows / LBCs

At the top was the star which was 5-1 motivators before we made our way down.
