Today F3 Tucson kicked off the Iron Pax challenge with this doozy. It’s for time, you against you. YHC (spiffy in his faux handlebar mustache) explained the workout in detail and then we hit the timer and got started.
WARMUP:
Timer starts when the warm-up starts.
13 reps of each exercise (all 4 count)
– SSH
– Imperial Walkers
– Shoulder Taps
– Mountain Climbers
– Plank Jacks
THE THANG:
Bookended with 800m runs around the park
85 reps of each of the following exercise.
8 burpees after completing each 85-rep set.
For Rx (prescribed), coupon should be a cinder block or item of similar weight. Complete 85 reps and the burpees before moving on to the next exercise.

Lots of chatter and encouragement from the PAX throughout. Multiple people ran extra so nobody ran alone on the last 800.
