Our chiliest Eagle’s Nest yet I think, but the camaraderie was warm (as were we by the end of the workout). WARMUP:
Squash started things off with arm circles forward and back, overhead claps, seal claps, then some Side Straddle Hops and some nice slow Abe Vagodas, then Copperhead Squats followed by Copperhead Merkins.

THE THANG:
Squash also had the first part of the workout, and was it ever a doozy. We’re calling them Deconstructed Murder Burpees: – Two murder bunny hops
– Two plank jacks
– Two shoulder taps
– Two merkins
– Stand up and clap
– That’s one!
We did this for 4 or 5, recovered, then R&R for at least five thousand more sets. Whew!

Dovetail took the next section with some weighted planks. Half the Pax got into plank position, and the other half assisted by laying Cindys on their backs, then proceeded to squat hold until all of the planking group had had enough. Strat won round 1. Either Wheelie (no respect!) or SMALL FRY won round 2.

Next was Cindy-vators, 5-to-1:
– Overhead Press
– Rows
– Curls
– Calf raises

Audit took the next section and we moseyed over to the block wall for some ladders. 10-to-2 by 2s, then back up to 10. Half the Pax did a set while the other half “rested” with SSH. – Derkins
– Dips
– Bonnie Blairs

MARY:
It was Little Red next, and we filled the time before Mary with a mosey around the park. Once back at the flag, we did standing penguins, then grabbed a block for weighted teapots on each side.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
