Preparing for the Expected…

Merkins and Big Boy Sit Ups… that’s all she wrote!

Pax started at the first come, completed 5 merkins, traversed 25 yds out to come 2 via farmer carry with Cindy and completed 10 BBSUs before farmer carry back. Each round, the pax added 5 merkins to their total (10, 15, 20… etc).

YHCs specially curated “Push” playlist kept time for the AMRAP session. About halfway through, Turtle started to ponder how many songs could be out there that had “push” in it…

The Unexpected…
CAPSIZED FIRE:fire:
Pax forced a circle of pain and P1 acted as the timer by completing 10 burpees. All other pax completed AMRAP of the exercise at their spot in the circle. Exercises included:
– Cindy curls
– Plank
– OH Press
– Cindy Swings

The pax cycled through to 4 rounds of Johnny Cash’s “Ring of Fire”
