Stage 2: (Audit)
Crawl before we walk
Bear Crawl approx 15 yards and perform 10 Monkey Humpers
Choose your animal MOT coming back – Frog jumps or Duck Walk 5 Blockees when you get back

You only think you’re mature
Back to back exercises with no rest in between – only rest was when the exercises changed and even then it wasnt much.
Set 1: 10 reps each: Curls for the Girls / OH Press / Skull crushers. Rinse and repeat three times
Set 2: Merkins / Bent over Rows / Thursters Qty 10 each. Rinse and repeat three times
Stage 4: (Audit)
Wisdom – efficiency comes with age so a combined set
Set 1: Legs: Squnges (squat, left lunge, squat, right lunge) / Pulse Squat / Jump Squat – all together = 1 rep. We did 10
Set 2: Upper body Merking Mania – Navy Seal Merkins / Knee touch merkins / shin/toe touch merkins – all completed left and right leg so 6 merkins = 1 rep. We did up to 8 to close out the BD.
