PAX: Dovetail, Tapout, Priceline, Stand and Deliver, Grimmace, Mr. Hand, Sprocket, Oodles FNGs: None
COUNT: 12
100 dueling burpees for EC. I joined around 63.
3 guys from downrange including myself, Grimmace from GA, and Stand and Deliver from TX.

WARMUP:
SSH, arm circles, 5 penalty burpees x 2, Hairy Rockettes

THE THANG:
Grabbed coupons and moseyed over to a big grassy area. Split into 3 teams of four. Got down on our six in the wet grass for an mot across the park that consisted of the rear man doing a World War 3 setup then passing the block. Then hopping up and running to the front of the line. When he calls up the rest of the packs do big boy sit-up. My team crushed it and we won.

All coupons went into a pile on one side of the park and still in our teams. We went to the other side of the park. Goal was to do 50 merkins each. Then one person could run and grab a coupon and bring it back to the team. As soon as he gets back it’s 50 squats each and then go get another coupon when he returns American hammers and when done the entire team could go grab as many coupons as they could. My team pulled out a win with 5 out of 11 coupons.

Picked up coupons and mosey to pathway that had a railing, split into two groups and group. One did merkins while group two did Australians which was a row from under the bar, for a count of 20. Then teams switched. Rinsed and repeated one time.

Picked up coupons and moseyed again to a big straightaway, where we split into teams of two P1 was to do a coupon run, while P2 threw down two burpees then Bernie to catch (run backwards). Nobody could catch the coupon runner before the end, so next round was one burpee and then tried to catch and that still didn’t work for most teams, so the last round was blocked. Ground and the guy doing Bernie takes off, then P2 picks up the block and chases him down.

Final section, we are in teams of four again and similar to the first section we had to do the mot in a line, but this time the rear man had to do a a block burpee while everyone else does a regular burpee then pass it off then run to the front of the line. We did this for half the circumference of an extremely large fountain.

MARY:
Flutter kicks

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Lots of good stuff happening in the area, the Seattle region coming up on its 5-year anniversary and has 19 AOs.

COT:
Journaling for the win. One Pax mentioned he was using it. Help him stop avoiding small things in life that need to get done that he would put off, but mention that journaling itself everyday has benefits for continuing to progress in whatever area you need.
