Ranger merkins (8) / plank (20 count) / regular merkins (8) / plank (20 count) / wide merkins (8) / plank (10 count)
Narrow squats (10) / Hold chair (20 count) / regular squats (10) / hold chair (20 count) / Sumo squats (10) hold chair (20 count)
Thang 2: Until fatigued, together
Exercises have to be completed by each Pax. P1 leads until fatigued and then active recovery before more exercises where P2 leads beginning with rep # that P1 left off on. Each member has to do stated qty of reps per exercise. So, if P1 leads merkins and counts to 20 before stopping but another PAX member only got 15 completed then next round starts at 16 not 21.
Round 1: 75 Merkins with active recovery being karaokes to road and back. Took 4 of us to get up to 75 and we only had to back count a couple so great job men!
Round 2: 100 Cindy Shoulder Presses with mosey to road and back as active recovery. Took 7 to get through all 100 reps and for those who did all reps they likely got up to more like 115 in total because some of us (yours truly) were a little behind.
Round 3: 125 CFGs (Curls for the Girls) with wall run and back. We made it up to ~106+ depending on the PAX before running out of time.
A simple but effective workout this morning for the upper body!
