Two sets of rocks numbered 1 through 6. Stations in a line, with other rocks at increasingly farther distances. Each rock is a multiple of 3, for Merkins, Squats, and Sit-ups. So do 3 at Rock #1, then sprint to the matching rock and back. At rock #2, its 6 reps, then sprint to rock 2. Loop back down until all Pax have gotten through Rock 6.
Part 2: Baseball
– Power: Lt Dans to rock 3 (1st base), then 20 dry docks
– Fielding: sumo squats (scoop the ball) back to baseline, 20 dive bombers – Hitting for average (quick hands): Alligator merkins to rock 2 – Tag up from 3rd: sprint home, then 5 burpees.
