100 Tricep Raises were attempted. Capsized is a beast and completed. The rest of the pax switched to Tricep Dips.

100 Cindy Press from a prone position. Saw a few shooting stars. It was lovely.

MARY:
Introduced pax to “The Absolutely Worst Merkin Ever”. Everybody was glad we only had time to do one because our arms were not going to survive much more than that.

COT:
Reminded pax of the importance of “Making your Bed” which is a reference to the speech and subsequent book written by Admiral McRaven. Start your day out with something you can succeed at, which in our case was an F3 beatdown. We definitely made our beds today. Quick prayer and an “I don’t like you very much” from Audit, then we all contemplated how to drive home without using our arms.
