COUNT: Started w/ 9, ended w/ 8 (b/c Convoy had to dip to help w/ the Park Run) WARMUP:
In Cadence:
– SSH (10)
– Windmills (10)
– Grass Grabbers (10)

Jog in place, until the Coach calls out a command:
– “Football” = Sprint 30 yards
– “Basketball” = Defensive Slide
– “Every Sport” = Dipsy-doodle
– “Baseball” = Updowns (on coach’s ‘Whistle’)

THE THANG:

Football Drills:
– Sprint + Shuttle-runs
– Pass + Catch (w/ penalties of 10 merkins & 10 squats for every drop/mis-throw). We caught one pass, so did 80 merkins & squats

Basketball Drills:
– layup relay (Pax did merkins & squats while we cheered on our teammates) – Winners did 5 ‘super-merkins’ & Losers did 10.
– “Suicides” + 20 Merkins & Squats after each set of 2 while the music played (3.5 minutes)

AMRAP Super-Sport:
– The two teams ran 30ish yards in a relay race (Pax did point-workouts OYO until relay was complete), then the whole team did a series of 10 pull-ups, 20 merkins, 20 squats, & 20 cindy-curls. Each team did 2 full sets in 8 minutes

MARY: 1.5 minute plank (while the PAX shouted out ‘glory days’ phrases & stories.
