THE THANG:
Thang 1: Blockee Bases – Meant to be on the bball diamond but due to wet and mud we stayed on the pavement.

Exercises build on each other.
Start: 10 Blockees
End: 10 Merkkns and hold plank for 6
1st: 10 Carolina Drydocks
2nd: 20 Split Squats
3rd: 30 Imperial Walkers
Home: 40 Dips

Exercises build so 3rd round went as so:
10 blockees / 10 Drydocks / 20 Split squats / 30 Imperial walkers / back to start for 10 merkins and hold plank

Thang 2:
In the round about:
1 pax performs 10 Squat presses and then runs the round about. Remaining pax do 3 exercises with 8 reps on repeat until their turn. Exercises: BBSU / American hammer / merkins
