THE THANG:
Thang 1: 98ft 1 foot at a time
Partner up: P1 runs length of court and back while P2 is traversing the court 1 step at a time then switch. Exercise down court is squat / Exercise coming back is alligator merkins
Thang 2: 98Ft sectioned out
5 points spread across the 98ft. Starting at point 1 perform 15 LBCs / 15 Hip bridges / 15 Drydocks – Run length of court and stop at point 2 on way back. Rinse and repeat until 5th round complete at courts end.
Thang 3: 98 Ft of Burpee Broad jump – No explanation really needed here……
Thang 4: 98 ft Relay
Two teams of 4. Everyone starts in chair hold and end guy on each team defensive slides to first position for 5 squats and 5 merkins and then back into chair and releasing next team member to follow. Rinse and repeat at same 5 points as thang 1 down the court.
