WARMUP: Arm circles, overhead claps, seal claps, flapjacks, Abe Vigodas
THE THANG: Left the pool and headed to toward the hill, carrying our cindys, doing various exercises on the way. Going to the stop sign we did in-cadence, overhead presses as we walked, then in-cadence one-arm rows till we got to the stop sign. At various stations on our way up the hill we did various exercises such as irkins, derkins, merkins, squats, leg lifts, box cutters, american hammers. We did a rifle carry between one pair of stations, and fast mosey a couple times between other stations. Ended at the top of the hill where transportation and water were waiting. Drove back to home base, although two manly men (Audit, Small Fry) jogged back. COT: Ended w COT prayer. Remember Peanuts.
