THE THANG:
3 Criteria” Triple-Check (10 Minutes)
In 2006, the IAU gave three rules to be a planet. Pluto failed the third.

– Station 1: Orbit the Sun (The Timer): One PAX sprints 50 yards out, circles a cone (the Sun), and sprints back.
– Station 2: Round Mass (The Squat): Continuous Air Squats. You must hit parallel to prove you have a round shape.
– Station 3: Clear the Neighborhood (The Pull-up): Max Pull-ups to clear your path above the bar.
Rotation: P1 orbited the sun, while P2 completed station 2. Then after both completed station 2 the switch ed to station 3 during the run. Then back to 2.

The 248-Year Orbit “11s” Ladder (10 Minutes)
It takes Pluto 248 Earth years to circle the sun. We are combining that timeline into an 11s ladder to burn out the chest and back. – Start at the pull-up bar: Do 1 Pull-up.
– Bear Crawl 24.8 yards away (representing Pluto’s oval orbit crossing inside Neptune). – Do 10 Merkins.
– Mosey back to the bar.
– Do 2 Pull-ups and 9 Merkins.
– Continue this pattern until you hit 10 Pull-ups and 1 Merkin. –
Bear crawls ended up really sucking so we mixed some moseys in there.
