4 sore Pax made it out for a post-Murph workout, and the speed of movements reflected that, but still the best medicine for sore muscles is movement, not immobility.
WARMUP:
Started off with some Michael Phelps, then into arm circles, some slow squats, and then a core trio of box cutters, Hello Dolly, and Low Slow Flutters. Capped it off with some Good Mornings, then moseyed to the baseball field.
THE THANG:
Pretty simple game of Jackpot, but with an F3 twist. QB throws the football and calls points and/or modifiers. First Pax to catch enough to total 500 brings everyone in, picks 5 cards from the F3 deck, and calls the exercises, then is the next QB. Other Pax keep any points they earned. Both Capsized and Mac (Brandon) further modified by making the catches worth an exercise instead of points. 8-to-1 motivators was super relaxing. Capsized won the first round:

Dovetail was last to get 500, but as time was short only drew 2 cards, which were Low, Slow Squats (3 up. Down, with 1s hold at the bottom) and plank hold.
