THE THANG:
THE CRIB
Each Pax had to carry their baby (cindy) from corner to corner of the crib (25 yards apart, MOT was Pax choice). At each corner, Pax completed 20 reps of each exercise and then carried their baby to the next corner. Completed AMRAP for 25 minutes. Pax were found commenting they would have liked to take a break after one round but were encouraged to keep going by the pax around d them.
Corner 1: Rock-a-bye cindies
Corner 2: Lion Kings (Cindy shoulder press)
Corner 3: Playtime with dad (cindy swings)
Corner 4: Bedtime (Deadlifts, lowering the baby into the crib, and picking right back up)
MARY:
Baby Shark (Doo doo do do do doo)
Pax held high plank during Baby Shark and then performed a crowd pleaser to each doo do do doo.
Auto Tune wanted the trap version so we obliged and held squat with a jump squat each do do doo to the trap version.
Pax were less willing to acknowledge other versions of Baby Shark after this.
