Dora-style workout. Partner A works on the GOBBLE count, while Partner B goes and eats some PIE.

O – 100 Overhead Claps while holding a squat
B – 150 Bonnie Blairs
B – 200 Burpees #crowdpleasers
L – 250 Little Baby Crunches
E – Extention Lunges (just lunge really far, I needed another E)
P – 5 Plank jacks on the pony wall
I – 5 Incline merkins on the pony wall
E – 5 Elevated mountain climbers on the pony wall
COT: Pax took turns offering up a prayer of thanksgiving to the Good Lord Almighty.
