Drop set up/downs – burpees 8-2 – pax split into 2 groups. G1 did burpees while G2 rested then flip.
Up is down and Down is up
Bottom of hill do jump squats (up exercise) and top of hill is Mike Tyson Merkins (down exercise) 15 / 12 / 9 / 6 / 3
Up is Up and Down is Down
Pax split back into 2 groups.
G1 runs hill with up exercise at top while G2 stays at bottom for down exercise until G1 gets back then flip.
Up exercise is Bonnie Blairs (2is1) with drop sets 12-2
Down exercises as follows: bear crawls / dips / plank / copperhead merkins / carolina drydocks / merkins
