THE THANG:
Split into Teams of three.
One team is always the timekeeper. The timekeeping team is doing three exercises: jump rope, plank hold, and squats. The squats person is the timekeeper, getting to 30 squats. That team of three will do each of the exercises for each man.
Meanwhile, all the other teams are doing a Dora consisting of 100 sit-ups, 200 side-straddle hops, and 300 primate squats. One person will be doing the exercise while the other two run the baseline. Then one person will drop out. One person will run a second lap and the person that was exercising will run a lap. Whenever the timekeeping team is done, the next team will rotate in, thus pausing their Dora reps.

Dora complete, it was time to mosey. 4 different spots around the park. Reformed into new teams of 3. One team calls out the exercises for that spot, with each Pax calling one leg, arm, or core exercise. Next Pax then has the choice of one of the other two, and third Pax takes the last choice. Bleachers, park, splash pad, fence pile.
