5 core principles around the Pax with 1 miss so we did 5 penalty burpees.

I am no professional I just enjoy leading HIMs! Push yourself but don’t hurt yourself.

Football theme where we had football type exercises and then a game of footburpee to finish. If you held the football you could call Omaha for an audible at any time which meant 5 merkins and 5 squats. If the ball is dropped on the pass then 5 burpees were necessary. A few omahas and drops happened throughout the BD.

THE THANG:
Thang 1: Football is explosive!
10-2-10s
P1 performs exercises while P2 runs suicides on baseball diamond then switch. Exercises: jump squats / explosive merkins / my climbers
60 reps for each exercise once complete going down and up the ladder of 10-2-10.

Thang2: Combo moves with active rest
Carolina Humpers – demonstration was requested but Q declined…..
P1 does Carolina dry docks and monkey humpers while P2 holds Al Gore or Plank. 4 rounds of 10 reps per exercise.

Thang 3: Footburpee
Two teams – Evens and Odds and we had 8 per team
3 downs to score. Incomplete pass = 5 merkins
Interception = 5 burpees
Touchdown = 5 burpees
Turnover on downs = 5 burpees

Odds had trouble completing a pass and thus did many merkins. Evens were stopped at the half yard line on 3rd down and thus had 5 burpees. Game ended on an interception by Foxtrot and then odds finally competing a pass only for Buckshot to be stopped at the 1 yard line. No scores today so clearly we are following the Cowboys game plan.

Turns out that suicides and 10-2-10s is a bit much.
Competition never fails to bring out our best along with some fun mumble chatter On site coffeteria was amazing, way to hit those HCs!!
