5 core tenets of F3: Open to all men, always free, led in a rotating fashion, always held outdoors, ends in a circle of trust. We leave no man behind and no man where we find him.

Warmup:

The Thang:
Scotts are simple people so they use simple exercises (just a lot of them). They also like heavy weight and throwing stuff!

Circuit training with 4 spots and a home base where exercises must be completed after each round of the circuits. Each location has multiple exercises, must rotate exercises each round.

Home Base: (Starting point for each round)
10 merkins / squats / and burpees

1st location: battle rope (15 IC) or mace twirl (15) or curls (15) – after round 1 Dovetail upped this group by putting 2 cindies on a 6ft rebar pole for curls!

2nd location: 45lb farmer carry or broad jump merkins

3rd location: overhead squats with Cindy or squats while throwing 20lb medicine ball as high up as possible on light pull – qty 15 for each exercise

4th location: Rock throw (raw power!!) throw your rock until you reach other end. Every throw that doesn’t get you to the end you do 5 burpees or inchworm merkins (watch out for flying rocks!)

If stations are full when you arrive then do 5 merkins / squats / and burpees as you wait for station to come free.
