It is definitely called soccurpee!
Rules:
Any Handball = 5 burpees
Goal call (like you’re in Europe or Mexico) = 5 burpees

May Challenge: 5 min AMRAP – Home plate down the line and out to center field for 25 merkins. Back around for AMRAP squats. Rinse and Repeat. We found that a diamond is much shorter than a track and we had A LOT of time for squats…..

Soccurpee Agility Drills: Do each station twice
Station 1: agility ladder that was used for walking merkins, 1 merkin per ring. Station 2: zig zag bear crawls with squat at each cone.
After each station take a shot on goal. Made shot then go to next station. Missed shot has 5 penalty burpees and then go to next station.
Blip made his shot but retrieved with his hands. Hand ball was called so we all got 5 burpees.

Multiple Gooooooooaaaaallll calls as well thanks to Blender and Foxtrot.

Next activity is sharks and minnows. Minnows dribbled the ball on the infield while sharks bear crawled to knock ball away. When ball knocked away shark dribbles while minnow has to do 5 burpees.

Scrimmage: Broke into 4 teams, 2 teams of 4 and 2 teams of 3 (thanks for the math help Wax On, and even before coffee!!).
2 min games: a goal then the opposite team has 10 burpees. If 2 min goes by with no score both teams do the burpees. The teams waiting did AMRAP squats while waiting their turn.
We made it through 4 games and a goooooaaaaallll call was yet again made for more penalty burpees.

COT:
Transitions in May: grade to middle school, middle to high school, high school to college, college to life. What a mix of 2.0s out Pax has, awesome!
