WARMUP:
Good mornings, Copperhead squats, seal claps, thentold the Pax we were doing 14-to-1 Motivators. The shock was a great gift.
Then said that we just have to get to 1s by the end of the workout, but wouldn’t be doing them all at once.

Welcomed FNG Ian (with CareBear as Battle Buddy) and got started.

THE THANG:

This workout features some of YHC’s favorite things: guns, custom keyboards, and disc golf.

AR-15s
Start laying down, do 10 hollow body rocks (start on back, roll to your front, always keeping head, arms, and legs of the ground, like rolling in the mud), push to plank on the last, then “check the action” with a 10-count of shoulder taps, then “fire”with 10 groiners Since a mag holds 30 rounds, we will be doing 3 rounds. Mosey around the splash pad after each round.

Remembered after all three rounds that I was going to do more motivators between each round, but forgot, so we did rounds 13 and 12 together.

Clickety-Clack
Starting at the tree near the red bench and going to the third tree or until all Pax had done a 10 count. Fancy feet for a Pax-count of 10, then smash the enter key with a frog jump.

Disc Golf
Teams of 3, each person gets 2 throws. Work on motivators after each round. Start at closest cone (5 feet). For every miss by the team, it’s 5 situps 10 feet – 10 merkins
15 feet – 15 ssh
10 feet – 10 squats
5 feet – 5 burpees
10 feet – 10 dry docks
15 feet – 15 Freddy Mercuries
10 feet – 10 primate squats
5 feet – 5 Copperhead merkins

Finished out with 7:1 motivators.
