THE THANG:
I titled our workout “July Challenge on Steroids”, since it was inspired by Dovetail’s July Challenge. It depended on a random draw from a deck of cards. The number of reps is determined by the denomination of the card: 2-5 = 15 reps; 6-10 = 16-20 reps; Face card = 20 reps; Ace = 30 reps.
The suit determined the two exercises to be performed. We partnered up, so one partner did one of the two and the other partner did the other exercise, then the partners swapped the exercises.
The actual exercises we did, as determined by the cards were as follows: 20 curls, 20 dips
