– Partners in plank across from each other (head to head), continuous clap left-to-right & right-to-left, team in rear sprints to front and back to plank. – Light to splash pad
– Lunge tag suicide
– Pick a new partner
– Suicide destinations (Start, 1st bench, Start, 2nd bench, Start, Light pole). P1 begins suicide lunge. P2 sprints to next destination and back to partner and tags in. P1 sprints back to beginning, then to current destination, then tags partner out. P1 switches back to lunges. Repeat to destination. – Splash pad to light near baseball diamond.
– Recover walk to baseball diamond
– Side Shuffle 60 & Reverse
– PAX circles up around baseball diamond. Side shuffle to right while pax rotating counts to 60. Side shuffle to left while pax rotating counts to 60. – Calf-raise 60 & Ghost Chair
– Pick a new partner
– P1 on top bleachers (so, you can support yourself by holding fence), 60 calf raises. P2 in ghost chair until 60 calf raises. Switch. – Derkin 60 & Decline Plank
– Pick a new partner
– Both partner feet up on bleachers in decline plank. P1 begins pushups to failure (or 60). P2 holds decline plank. P1 calls for rest in decline plank. P2 begins pushups to failure (or 60). Switch until both partners at 60. – Partner crab-walk/bear-crawl
– Pick a new partner
– P1 crab-walk. P2 bear-crawl. Stick together.
– Destination – western ramada.
– A-B Squat Jumps (5×15)
– Pax sounds off in A-B groups.
– Pax circles up under ramada eves. A-group on one side of ramada. B-group on other side of ramada.
– A-group begins 15 squat jumps, reaching for ramada eves. B-group counts for A-group. Switch. Repeat x5. – Jog-walk recovery mosey to starting point

– Rotated leaders through different exercises (box cutters, Russian hammers, side plank raises, SSH, mountain climbers)
DISCUSSION:
Today’s workout was made to be horrible. Not something you would likely do alone, but something that you pushed yourself to keep up with your partner.
Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their labor:
If either of them falls down,
one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls
and has no one to help them up.
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
We do a lot of hard things in our lives. We see many people falling out (marriages falling apart, impurity, seeking of riches instead of seeking the Kingdom, etc.). Many of those people were alone when they fell away. Partner up!
