THE THANG:
Hosers
Planks on half the line, people’s chair on the other half. Start with the flanks, each pax grabs a hose and sprints off to the turnaround and back, then joins their line. On your second time with the hose, you go to the other flank so everyone does planks and squats.
Intermission
each team of the line picks up a hose and rifle carries on the run to the backstop and back.
Hosers Pt 2
In halves, with 30 yards in between, split into pairs. The pair that’s up first will take turns tossing the hose bundle as far as possible until they get the 30 yards, then fall into what that line is doing, and the next pair tosses the hose back.
Peace left behind are doing 10 lunge-to-knee raises, 10 peter parkers (knee up at top of merkin), and 10 Freddy Mercury IC, called out by Pax taking turns.
R&R until all pairs have gone twice.
MARY:
