Dice roll!
Roll the dice in the dice tower to determine your excersize. Pax chooses the reps. Excersizes include:
2: Burpees
3:Flamingo Merkins
4: Plank Jacks
5: Calf raises
6:Merkins
7: Motivators
8: Squats
9: Flutter kicks
10: Peter Parker Merkins
11: Chuck Norris merkins
12: Lunge worms
Each Pax took a turn for two rounds, with a break to mozey. Once we got back, we started the speed round! Each Pax had a 5 count to roll the dice and 5 count to start the workout under penalty of burpees. Only 1 penalty resulting in 5 burpees. Speed rounds went for 2 rounds with a 20 count water break afterwards.
Burpees, Chuck Norris merkins, and Lunge worms were not rolled. So as a form of travel, we Lunge wormed across the basketball court.
