The Thang 2
– Partner Up
– Each team will attempt to keep balloon from hitting the ground or popping – Exercises will have a one minute time limit
– If the balloon doesn’t hit the ground or pop, total number of reps for the team will be the score
– If the balloon hits the ground or pops, the score will be the total number of reps for one team member – Merkins
– SSHs
– Lunges
– Squats
– Upright rows
– Primate Humpers
– Rinse, Lather, Repeat
Note: Not a good thing to do outside. Even a gentle breeze can mess this up!
