AMRAP, 3 rounds, 1 min each exercise. PAX ran up the hill and back after the first round but did three quick laps up from the small wall to basketball hoop after second. No run after third round due to time

Try not to laugh edition:
One partner did a holding exercise while the other partner tried to make the other laugh. 30 sec hold, but if partner laughed, 1 min hold. Good work Squash (Donn Hines)couldn’t make him break :muscle: Exercises;

Myself, Audit Squash (Donn Hines) did a little extra extra credit running to the top of the hill and back after the workout was finished
