WARMUP:
Good Mornings

Forrest interrupted warmups to bring us a tradition from down range where 10 penalty burpees are awarded for latecomers… details on if this was per late pax or just one set was unclear and left to Q interpretation… 30 burpees were completed.

3500 ft warmup mosey was completed to honor the 3,500 American soldiers and civilians injured or killed in the attack on Pearl Harbor. 2,204 lost their life.

“Warmups” finished with a 12-7-41 Motivators set… YHC had to clarify an unjustifiable amount of times that, yes, we are doing 12 then 7 then 41 (not 4 or 1) motivators. Pax was warm.

THE THANG:
20 Downed Naval Vessels
The pax circled around the jungle gym to complete 20 pull-ups one at a time while the pax rotates between plank hold and squat hold while cheering on the pax on pull.

300 Aircraft Destroyed
The pax completed 300 merkins in pairs, Dora style. YHC was the odd man and rotated between pairs to offer some merkins to their counts. Forrest was ready to move up to a training bra by the end.

12-7-41s
Pax completed the following AMRAP for 10 minutes:

41 Mountain Climbers

Woody broke a poor Cindy and was upgraded to a ruck plate for the remainder of the circuit. The pax completed 5 block over burpees together in honor of the fallen Cindy.
