WARMUP:
Some arm circles and lbac forward and reverse, then good mornings THE THANG:
Roll die, that’s your pull up #. Do those and come back.
Roll again. That roll X pull up # is your Merkin #. Do those and come back. Roll again. That roll + nerkin roll x pull ups => your squat #. If that sounds complicated then look at the whiteboard.

Given that this left the possibility of leaving the beatdown without being beat down enough, pax were provided with some options to spice it up.

Roll with “advantage”: (roll twice and take the higher if the two dice rolls) Roll the barbarian die: (12-sided die)

I think @Valium was the first one to roll a twelve and grind out 120 squats.

hooligans magic hands kept rolling 1s but he modified up to get the full benefit of a Monday morning workout.

Some tried to roll the barbarian die with “advantage” and ended up with more merkins than could fit into the beatdown.

These mechanics were fun to adjust and will probably make their way to a Saturday beatdown soon.
