I am wrecking ball, tour Q. I’m not a professional… I can’t even do a muscle-up.

THE THANG:

PAX all stayed together.
First, We ran to a different grinder to work on Muscle-ups. Nobody was successful, but Chicken scratch was closest!

Then We ran around the park to the OG grinder for some legs (squats, lunges, glute-bridges, step ups). OYO, but together. BeWell dominated one-legged squats on the balance beam.

We ran the medium lap to wrap it up & finished with some ‘push work’ (Dips, merkins, super man merkins… thx to Sockos )!

– Sockos is wrapping up a big job today! Going to break even on the next job w/ same person! Praying for provision and lessons learned – Paddywhack is starting high holy days
– BeWell ‘s M is traveling to Vegas to be with her sister as she has her baby!
