Warm-Up:
• 8 – Good Mornings (in cadence)
• 8 – Abe Vigoda (Old Man Windmill)
• 8 – Tie Fighters (arm circles in lunge position)
• 10 – Copperhead Jump Squats
• 40 – Apollo Ohnos (hold every 5th for 10 count)
• 6-1 Push-up pyramid (hold 10 count between)
• 8-1 Motivators

Sharks and Minnows:
• Score as many points as possible for your team in 5 mins. Points only count for a successful trip to opponents baseline and back ◦ Rd 1 = 10 burpees at opponents basline
◦ Rd 2 = 10 jump squats
One PAX is shark. Shark can only catch one minnow before returning to base to complete exercise.

Basketball Court:
• 3×3 – No dribbling 24-second shot clock
• Defense off. Offense goes to defense.
• 5 merkins or 5 side-straddle hops depending on result
• “on-deck” team does Cindy curls

Pressure Free Throws (10 mins) :
• No excercise for made free-throw. 10 reps of PAX choosing for missed. Lots of opportunities for exercise when shooting with cold, sore arms :joy:

Mary (5 mins):
• 15 Imperial Walkers (2=1)
• 1 min plank

• 6-1 merkin pyramid
