PAX split into 2 Teams. Wreck-it Ralph and Wrecking Ball were Captains. Teams winded up as the following…..

You know what? I am not sure who was on whose team. I threw countless interceptions…. It was 4 on 4 and Dovetail was all time offense.

In Ultimate Fris-Burp-Bee the rules are simple. Drop the Fris-Burp-Bee your team does 5 Burpees OYO. Score and your team is rewarded with 5 Burpees. Get scored on and your team must do 10 Burpees OYO.

The Score? The Burpee count? 100+
