Today was a day of SSH (jumping jacks for common folk) and how they can be worked into other exercises!

WARMUP:
Good mornings / Tie Fighters / Mike Tyson Merkins (Slow and Hold) / Copperhead dry docks / 5-1 motivators THE THANG:
3 Exercises with SSH in between. Round 1 10 reps. Round 2 20. Merkin Jacks / SSH / Squat Jacks / SSH / Star Jacks (XMan crunch) / SSH Mosey to baseball diamond for handstand merkins and mosey back 3 Exercises with SSH in between. Round 1: 10 reps. Round 2: 20.
Dip Jacks / SSH / Oblique Jacks (Hillbillies) / SSH / Jackurpees (Not even close to burpees….) / SSH Mosey to baseball diamond for handstand merkins and mosey back

MARY:
Q asked for volunteers to lead Mary and Corn Stock (Garth) jumped in immediately and made us to 50 WWIII sit ups. OOOf.
Q then asked for another volunteer with the clarification that we can do less than 50 reps. Wax On took that challenge for 48 penguins IC (Which is 96 Wax On…..)
