Here’s an epic, F3-style BackBlast rewrite—strong, gritty, and worthy of the HIM who showed up in the gloom:
Seven HIM answered the call and stepped into the dark to get better.
Blueline and YHC kicked things off at 0430, putting in that early grind. Wheelie rolled in at 0500, adding more iron to the forge. Strong work all around, gents.
We opened with a round of proper warm-ups—enough to wake the muscles, clear the fog, and remind the body that a beatdown was coming. Once primed, we strapped in and took a brisk ruck around the ball fields, hauling our trusty 50 lb team weight like the champions we are.
Back at the flags, we ruck-shuffled to the heart of the soccer pitch… and that’s where the real test began:
“Bridges Over Madison County”
All PAX dropped into a high plank, rucks on, shoulders firing.
PAX 1 low-crawled beneath the human bridge, posted up at the far end, and held strong.
Then the next man crawled. And the next.
We repeated the gauntlet—crawl, post, repeat—until we made it all the way across the field. Slow. Gritty. Relentless. Exactly how HIM get forged.
Mission accomplished, we rallied and rucked back to the flags, circled up for COT, lifted each other up, and prayed it out to close the morning with strength and purpose.
Solid work, men. Proud to lock shields with you in the gloom.
AYE!
