Nine HIM rolled into The Union in the heart of the gloom, ready to sharpen iron and leave nothing in the tank.
Major respect to Wreck-it Ralph and @PaddyWack, who kicked off the morning with EC at 0430, proving once again that the gloom waits for no man. Strong follow-up by Wheelie and SMALL FRY, punching in at 0500 to get their pre-game grind on.
At 0530, the official beatdown ignited with a warm-up session worthy of legend. A mighty D20 was summoned to decide our fate—each PAX took a roll, each number a destiny. And by the grace of the Gloom Gods, we dodged the dreaded Motivators 11 to 1… a miracle in itself.
Originally, the plan was to unleash Spicy Dice, but YHC managed to leave the sacred workout list behind (must’ve been the fog of battle). To keep Krampus from going feral, we pivoted like true HIM and crushed a full-on game of Jenga, F3-style—controlled chaos, teamwork, and plenty of wobbling blocks of pain. Solid effort by every man. Solid sweat. Solid start to the day.
