Went through 5 core principles and the motto of F3.

I am no professional, push yourself but do not hurt yourself

Today we are helping Audit remember his rehearsal dinner from 15 years ago today! We got some boyish/childish behavior out of the way and then went into the rehearsal itself.

Welcomed an FNG, Deuce, this morning. Welcome!

WARMUP:
Good mornings / Abe Vigodas / Bolt 45s / Copperhead Merkins / Motivators 5-1

THE THANG:
Rules of todays BD:
1. Wood pallet with 3 Cindys on top goes everywhere with us today as it represents the baggage we carry into our relationships. Some days its heavier that others but its always there and so are we to pick each other up!
2. Party Pump – Groomsmen are always pumped up so anytime Party Pump was stated by any of the pax we had to drop for 10 merkins regardless of where we are.

Travel to backstop with our wood pallet (Capsized graced us along the way with our first party pump) where we got rid of our boyish behaviors.
: Keg Stands (Balls to the wall) with the backstop. 5 merkins while doing the keg stand and then erkins up the bleachers (2 erkins per bleacher) and derkins on the way back down. : Keg Stand holds – each pax count to 5 while we hold our keg stand

Travel to baseball diamond for our bridesmaid and groomsman activities. Bridesmaids:
Quoting Jeff Foxworthy bridesmaids wear high heels to make their legs and butts look good so we worked our legs and butts.
: 1 Pax performs Lt Dans as the MOT from home to first base while remaining pax do continual sumo squats. Many squats were completed and a number of party pumps were called out.

Groomsmen:
Men always like to show off brut strength and we do it in pairs because we have to compete. 1 Pax had double farmer carry with cindys while another did overhead carry with the wood pallet. From home, around first, and then hit second base and come back home. While doing this the rest of the pax performed BBSU with double punches on the up. Yet again a number of party pumps were called including one a foot away from finishing…….thanks Dovetail

Final Rehearsal:
5 Burpees per base starting at 3rd and ending at home (20 total) because as we are only at the rehearsal night we cannot hit a home run so we start at the beginning….For some reason the Pax felt like burpees weren’t enough and more party pumps were called.

COT:
Many items to go around but will keep it within the COT. Remember to pray for your F3 brothers and families as there are enemies lurking everywhere and in many forms.
