Warm Up: Good mornings, imperial walkers, SSH, Arm Swings, jump rope (½ used ropes and others jumped OYO and then switched)
The Thang:
Two rounds around the basketball court with bear crawls on vertical sideline and Woj Walks (defensive slide and floor slap) along horizontal baselines. 10 pullups followed each round
One round calf jumps on vertical and Woj Walks in slo-mo (low and slow) along horizontal around the court. Followed by 10 pullups
Next PAX split into two groups. One doing wall dips and the others Carolina drydocks and then switched. 20 reps each. All ended with wall walk along pony wall while doing shoulder taps and ending with 10 derkins.
Moseyed to the hill for some hill runs. 6 markers along hill (.4 miles to top). Alternate straight run and backpedal switching at each station. Each marker represented pax choice of burpees or squats/merkins. Start at 6 and descend in qty at each station (6,5,4,3,2,1). Downhill straight run w/ 10 Mt climbers at each station.
Moseyed back to bball court for Mary. Slow leg flutters count around pax to 40, WWI 20 reps, JLOs 20 reps
