THE THANG:

Pick up coupons and head to light post.

Split into 2 teams. Rear man calls “Up” and does a World War 3 situp, rest of team does a situp, then passes the block, hops up and goes to the front of the line.

First team to the cone wins.

Take all coupons back to the light.

Still in teams
Every pax does 50 merkins. Can pick up the 6 if you finish early. Then one person runs to get a single coupon and bring it back. As soon as he gets back it’s 50 squats each and then go get another coupon.
When 2nd coupon returns, 50 1-is-1 American hammers, then entire team can go grab as many coupons as they can. Team with biggest pile wins.

Split into Teams of 2, one coupon per team.
P1 starts lunge walking with coupon. P2 does 2 burpees than has to catch P1 by backpedaling. Tradeoff when he catches his teammate. First team to cones win.

Shuffle teams.

P1 does rifle carry, P2 does 5 squats then goes to catch.

Rinse & Repeat

Grab coupons and head back to flag.

Mosey over to rope pyramid.
Half the pax does 20 regular merkins, half does Australian merkins. Different pax call the count. Switch exercises.
R&R one more round at 15 reps.

Back to flag. New teams of 4.
One coupon per team, all head to small tree.
Line race similar to situps with block burpees for back man, rest do regular burpee when he calls down.
